Drew Gracen, LMT NMT
Buckhead & Sandy Springs
Drew has nearly 15 years of experience as an LMT, and specializes in a variety of massage modalities. These modalities include neuromuscular therapy (NMT), trigger point therapy, active therapy, sports massage, orthopedic massage, shiatsu, deep tissue, and integrated massage. Drew’s focus is on using the body’s built-in mechanisms to release adhesions and “melt away” stubborn trigger points, which can help decrease both chronic and acute pain, increase range of motion, and facilitate healthy physiological responses, enabling greater strength retention from exercise.
Drew is a firm believer in the transformative power of massage therapy, regularly seeing firsthand how manual therapy can help with recovery, rehabilitation, and relaxation. He views massage as an excellent tool for both facilitating the healing process of muscular injuries, as well as empowering your current strengths—allowing you to truly be the best you you can be.
Drew is mostly an Atlanta native, moving from Denver at the age of 10 and having lived here in the 26 years since. He enjoys being active, and is an avid hiker, camper, and backpacker. When Drew is not in nature, at the clinic, or in class, he can be found in the gym, at live music events, or exploring new restaurants around Atlanta.
