April Teunissen, Clinical Massage Therapist
Buckhead
April helps patients work toward less pain, greater mobility, and more confidence in their bodies through compassionate, individualized therapeutic massage.
Her approach is shaped by her own experience with lifelong chronic pain and recovery from lumbar disc replacement. Having experienced the benefits of therapeutic massage firsthand, she understands how meaningful it can be to feel heard and supported throughout recovery.
April became a yoga teacher and Reiki master in 2019 before pursuing massage therapy training at the Center for Massage and Natural Healing in Asheville, North Carolina. She has particular interests in fascial release, body alignment, mobility, and the relationship between the nervous system and muscular tension.
At Bodymedics, April tailors each session to the patient’s needs, comfort, and goals, with a focus on easing discomfort and supporting more comfortable movement in everyday life.

Khandokar (Khan) Sina, LMT NMT
Buckhead
Khan is a licensed massage therapist/NMT who specializes in trigger point massage. He also holds multiple certifications in Myofascial and deep tissue work which helps loosen muscles and supports improved range of motion. Khan’s goal is to help his patients find relief from pain and restrictions so that they can get back to doing what they love most.
Khan’s interest in helping others through manual therapy started when he was just a child, seeing family members in discomfort and wanting to help ease their pain. This natural instinct to help others led him to become certified as a massage therapist later in life. Khan fully believes in the practical healing power of massage – as evidenced through the work he does as well as through direct experience. He believes that massage should be a healthcare option available to all individuals to help improve their quality of life.
When Khan is not at the clinic, he enjoys learning about various spiritualities and religions through research and discussion, building his book collection, playing video games, and finding unique activities to experience with friends and family (zip lining, escape rooms, murder mystery dinners).

Gerardo Nader, LMT, NMT, MMT, BCTMB.
Buckhead
I am a clinically trained massage therapist specializing in the assessment and treatment of pain, postural dysfunction, and nerve-related conditions. My practice serves a diverse patient population, ranging from teenagers to older adults and from sedentary individuals to competitive athletes.
My process begins with active listening. By integrating a patient’s history and goals with a structured physical assessment, I move beyond “chasing symptoms” to identify the underlying drivers of dysfunction. Every session is guided by clinical reasoning rather than a fixed routine.
I provide targeted treatment for a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues, including:
• Chronic Pain: Neck, back, shoulder, hip, upper and lower extremities.
• Nerve Health: Nerve irritation and neuropathic symptoms.
• Functional Issues: Repetitive use injuries, postural syndromes, and movement restrictions.
I believe care is most effective when it is transparent. I prioritize patient education, explaining assessment findings and treatment logic so you understand the why behind your recovery. My ultimate goal is to reduce pain, optimize movement quality, and restore your confidence in your body’s capabilities.
Originally from Colombia, I have called the Atlanta area home since 2017. A graduate of the Gwinnett College LMT program, I balance my clinical practice with a love for cooking and learning new skills. At home, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two cats.
